Unto my dear wife, Imogene P��ichelson, I do hereby devise dnd b�queath one of said two equal parts of said rest, re5idue and re- mainder of my estate in fee simple absolute, and in addition there- tc do hereby grant unto my dear wife, Imogene rdtichelson, a life estate in the other one-half of said equal parts for and during the term of her natural lifetirne, remainder upon her death� share and share alike, to eur t��rc childxen, i�:illiam Roger ;::ichelson and i:iary �lice i�Sichelson. During the term of my dear wife's said lif� estate, T do hereby grant unto her absolute, camplete and unqualified pcwer of sale over all of the property in said part remainder to my said two children, at her absolute discretion, and expressly pro- vide and grant unto her full power to sell� mortgage, exchange, con- vey, manage and control said one-half part of the rest, residue and remainder cf my estate in which I hereinabove have given her a life estate, during the term of saiu life estate. I further provide that she shall have the right to encumber said share for 5uch term ex- tending beyund her lifetime as she may deem most expedient for aIl purposes of this l�dill, which powers shall include the right to lease any real estate a part thereof. I do, however� hereby provide that my dear wife� during the continuance of said life estate� sha11 make reports to the Judge of the County Court having jurisdicticn of my estate at least annually during her said life estate, setting fcrth her acts as the holder of �aid life astate affecting such praperty aver which she has such life estate. I further grant untc my dear wife with respect to the property included in her said life estdte full and absolute and complete power of investment of funds becoming a part cf that part of my estate, upon terms extending beyond the term cf said life estate. �:4y dear wife shall be liable for no losses of prin- cipal occasioned by or for her during her said life estate so long as she exercises good faith in the handling and manao,ement therecf. V. Upon the death of my dear wife, .i direct the Ccurt having juris- diction of the probate of this l�lill to appoint an Administrator with this `�lill annexcd, to close and settle my estate and to transfer untc :�y tw� said children, Y�illiam Rcger t:iichelson and ��lary Alice '��ichelson� share and share alike, in fee simple absolute� all that part of rny estate r�maining, in which I have hereinbefore given my said dear wife a life estate. In the event that my dear wife, Imogene �,�ichelson, shall for any cause whatsoever fa31 to be able to carry out the previsions of this 4Vi11 and it becomes necess�ry, during her lifetime, for the Court to appoint an Administrator with this 4Vi11 annexed to c3rry out the pro- . visions of this F'ill during the exist�nce of the life e�tate herein- before given my dear wif�, I do then hereby grant unto such Admin- istrator none of the provisions of discretion and power hereinbefore given my dear wife, Imogene �dichelson, but provide that such Admin- istrator first procure license or leave or authority from the proper Court having jurisdiction aver such matters before selling, ►nortga9- ing, encumbxancing, conveying or leasing. vr investing any part of tha� pa�xt of my e�tate ovsr whieh I have given my dear wife such ab- solute pow�r.
