<br /> Now, on thi� 31�t day of Merch, 19bS, this matter ���o be
<br /> heard upon the final report of Michael A. Sorahan, Executor of the
<br /> eetate of Ellen Sorahan, deceased, and upon the Petition of said Michael
<br /> A. 5arehan, Fa�cecutor, for the allowance and approval of his finel re-
<br />. port, settlement of said est�te, and his discharge herein.
<br /> The Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due
<br /> and le�al notice has been giv�n to all per�ons of the time and place fixed
<br /> bq the Court for the hearing upon said final report. T'here being no ob-
<br /> �ections ta eaid report, and the Court having examined the same, together
<br /> with the vouchers on file, finds said report is true and the same ought
<br /> to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor,
<br /> said estate setCled and closed, and the Executor discharged.
<br /> T'he Court fu�ther finds that Ellen Sorahan, departed this life
<br /> on the 23rd day of August, 1964, and that at the time of her death, she
<br /> was a resident and inhabitant of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> That the said Ellen Sorahan, died testate and that a Petition for the
<br /> administration of her estate wes filed on the 2bth day of August,. 1964,
<br /> asking th
<br /> at said Will be admitted to probate and Letters Testamentary
<br /> be granted to Michael A. Sorahan, upon the goods, chattels, rights and
<br /> credits of the �aid Ellen Sorahan, deceased, and upon a hearing held
<br /> upon said Petition, after notice was duly given to all persons interested
<br /> in ssid estate, this estate was admitted to probate on the 25th day of
<br /> September, 196k, and Letters Testamentary were duly issued by this Court
<br /> to Michael A. Sorahan, on the eatate of Ellen Sorahan, deceased.
<br /> The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given
<br /> to a11 persons of the time and place fixed by the Court for the filing
<br /> of claims against said estate of said deceased, and that the time so
<br /> fixed has fu21y exp�red, and all persons having claims against said es-
<br /> tate not fil�d within the t3�ne limited by the Court, are forever bazred
<br /> a,nd ,excluded from setting up or asserting any such claim against said
<br />{� estate.
<br /> T'he Court further finds that the dece�sed was the owner of the
<br /> following-descri.bed real property situated ia Gran� Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebr�ska:
<br /> The South Half (S'�) of Lot Ten (10), in Block Nine (9),
<br /> H.G. Clark's Addition to. the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> The Gaurt further finds the deceased was the owner of persanal
<br /> prope�tq cc�nsiating af s sum of cash in the bank.

<br /> a�d fi�stamen,t o� the deceas�d, the Executor wae directed to dispose
