HQrst di�d, intestate, and a resident <br /> of Grand island, H�11 County� iV�braska on thc 11th day of �tiiarch, <br /> 1955; that he left him surviving as h3.s sole and only heirs-at-law, <br /> his widcw, �ugus�a Hcrst, and one daughter, Irma Thompson.
