<br /> 4. Elfleda Rainforth disd testate on May 23, 1963, being
<br /> at that ti.me 84 yeare of age, having been born on the 9� day of
<br /> Febrnary, 1879, and being a resident of Hall County, ATebraska; and
<br /> she Ieft surviving her as her sole and only heirs-at-law, and bene-
<br /> fioiaries of her estate, the following, who are of legal age,namely:
<br /> Pauline Hurst, a daughtsr, of Prosaer, Hebraaka;
<br /> Albert Rainforth, a son, of Prosser, Nebraska;
<br /> Wesley Eainforth, a son, of Prosser, Nebraska.
<br /> 7.'he said deceased was not survived by az�y other children, or by any
<br /> children of a deceased child; there had tieen born to the deceased one
<br /> other son, Arthur xainforth, who had died on Mareh 4, 1953, without
<br /> issue. The deceased, Elfleda Rainforth, was married to William A.
<br /> Rainforth, who died on June 19, 1948, and she did not remarry there-
<br /> after.
<br /> 5. At the time of her death, the said deceased died seized
<br /> and po�sessed of a fee si.mple title absolute in and to the following
<br /> desaribed real estate, situated in Hall County, Rebraska, to-wit:

<br /> Nine (9), Range Ten (10) , �ast of the 6� P.M. , in Hall.
<br /> County, Nebraaka, ez�luding, however, a tract of land
<br /> lying in the Korthwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> (NW�IdW�) of said Seetion Seventeen (.17) , more particul.arly
<br /> described as follows : Beginning at the Northwest corner
<br /> of said section. l7, thenee East �'ive Hundr�d 5eventy-five -
<br /> (575) feet along the Hortherly boundary of said Section,
<br /> th�nce South 5even°Hundred Fifty-nine (759) feet parallel
<br /> to the Westerly boundary of said Section, thence l�Vest Five
<br /> Huadr�d Seven.ty=five (575) feet parallel to the Rartherly
<br /> bo�ndary of said Seetion, thence North Seven Hundred Fifty-
