<br /> I give, dev� se , and bequeath ell of my estate, both ruel,
<br /> personal, and mixed, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated,
<br /> to be divided as Pollows:
<br /> (1) I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved wiPe,
<br /> Kathryn Dubas, one-third of all of my property.
<br /> (2) I give, devise , and bequeath the remaining two-thirds
<br /> oP my property to be divi3ed equelly �mong my children, Connie Jean
<br /> Dubas, Richard Allen Dubas , Donald Adam Dubas, and James Leo Dubas,
<br /> share and share alike.
<br /> 3.
<br /> Further, it is my will that in the event there are any more
<br /> children born of t��is marriage, each child shall participate equally
<br /> in the two-thirds of my estate with the children now named above.
<br /> 4.
<br /> In the event my said wiPe, Kathryn, shall not survive me
<br /> or in case we shall perish in the same disaster, then in either of
<br /> such events, all that part of my property or estate, real and personal,
<br /> hereinbePore given, devised, and bequeathed to my said wiPe, shall be
<br /> divided equ811y among all of my children or tkieir i�sue.
<br /> 5.
<br /> Further, in case my wiPe and I shall die in a common disaster
<br /> or under such circumstances that it cannot be readily determined which
<br /> oP us died first, it is my will that she shall be deemed not to have
<br /> survived me , whether or not I actually predecease her. Then and in
<br /> that event, all of the property of which I maq die seized of an inheri-
<br /> tance, shall be divided equally among all of my children livir��; at the
<br /> time of my death or the issue of any deceased child.
<br /> 6.
<br /> I hereby nominate, coastitute, and appoint Kathryn Dubas , as
<br /> egecutrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and
<br /> all former wills by me at any time made.
