DEC REE - <br /> ERNEST H. GRIM, Deceased. ) <br /> � <br /> This matter came on for hearing on the gth day of July, <br /> 1966, on the Petition of Gertrude B. Grim, for a determination <br /> of inheritance tax and the evidence, the Petitioner being repre- <br /> sented by counsel and tne Court having heard the evidence and <br /> being fully advised in the premises finds that the County Attorney <br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, has entered a Voluntary Appearance and <br /> Waiver of Notice to Show Cause why a Decree should not be entered <br /> finding no inheritance taxes due on account of the death of the <br /> above named Deceased, and the Court fur�her finds : <br /> That Ernest H. Grim departed this life in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska, on March 23, 1966, being at said time a resident of <br /> Hall County, Nebraska; that the Petitioner is the wife of <br /> said Deceased; that at the time of his death said Deceased was <br /> not possessed of any property subject to administration in the <br /> State of I�Tebraska, but was the owner, together with Petitioner <br /> as ,�oint tenants of certain property including the following <br /> described real estate, to-wit: <br /> Lots One (1 ) and Two (2 ) , Block Eighteen <br /> (1$) , MacColl and Leflangs Addition to <br /> the Village of Wood River, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska; <br /> that said real estate at the time of the death of said Deceased <br /> was of the fair and reasonable market value of �2,OOO.QO and that <br /> the value of other property held in joint tenancy did not exceed <br /> �:10,000.00 in value; that said Deceased during his lifetime c�id <br /> not convey any property in trust or otherwise in contemplatian <br /> of death or intended to take effect in p�ssession or enioymer_�t <br /> ait�r death and neither the Petitioner nor any person becar:e <br /> entitled to any property by reason of the death of said r�cea=ed, <br /> except as aeove found, and that all of said property is of le�s <br /> value than is exempt by law. <br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSI DERED, ORDER�,D, ADJUDG�;D hND <br /> DECREED that there is no liability for inheritance tax pv reascn <br /> �f the transfer of the above described property because of the <br /> death :�f said i)eceased and that the abave described �rc�ertt� <br /> pass�d to the surviving ,joint tenar_t, Gertrude B.
