If any of <br /> these nieces or nephews have preceded me in death leaving issue <br /> survivin� the share that such niece or nephew would have received <br /> if livin� at the time of my death shall not lapse but shall pass <br /> and descend to such issue by right of representation. I have <br /> previously loaned the sum of $600.00 to Chester Thaden and the <br /> sum of $750.00 to Myrl Thaden, represented by their notes, on <br /> which .neither principal nor interest has been paid. The principa]_ <br /> on each note, with interest computed at 2� per annum to the date <br /> of my death shall be charged against any real estate or money or <br /> other property received by either of them under the provisions of <br /> this Will and deducted from their share after taking into account <br /> the amount so char�eable as a part of the assets of my estate and <br /> if e�ther is not living but has issue surviving who take under <br /> � this Will said amount shall be charged against the share such <br /> issue would receive. <br /> FIFTH <br /> I name, nominate and appoint the Overland National Bank of <br /> Grand Is1_and, Nebraska, to be Executor of this, my Last V�i11 and <br /> Testament. As soon a.fter appointment as possible my Execu�or <br /> shaTl liquidate the residue of my estate, including real_ estat� <br /> not specifically devised and personal prope-rty, household furnish- <br /> � ings and effects and convert the same into cash. This shall <br /> not include the notes of Nlyrl Thaden and Chester Thaden which <br /> will be liquidated through the final distribution of my estate. <br /> Real estate and personal property such as household furniture <br /> and furnishings shall be sold at public aucticn and my Executor <br /> is authorized and directed to execute an Executorts Deed to tne � <br /> � purchaser of' any real estate without securing license f rom Gny <br /> Court for that purpose.
