<br /> I d.i.rect m�% �xecuter hereinafter named to pay all o:� my
<br /> iust derts, ex�enses of 'last illness, burial expenses and any
<br /> e1�,enses incidental t� the administration of my estate as soon
<br /> aTter mv deceas� as can conveniently be done.
<br /> SECOATD
<br /> I gi�re, d_evise and bequeath to Dorothy Uehling, an
<br /> un.livided one-half inte .rest in tne South Half of the Northwest
<br /> '.�ua�t�r (S1PdtiU,l) of Section Twenty (20) , Township Nine (9) North,
<br /> Liar��;e ��ine (�) , u^,Iest of the 6th P.I�I. , Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> an�: t�e othF:r one-half interest I give to Nlartha Tobin, Maynard
<br /> rarth and ;'•�Iabel Jones, share and share alike; provided, f lrst,
<br /> that i�orothlT Uehlin� may �lect to take her one-half by selecting
<br /> either the lrest one-half or the east one-half of this tract in
<br /> wh�cn event she shall fi] e such electi on in writing with the
<br /> County Court haviri� ,jurisdict� on cf th�s estate within 90 days
<br /> aiter my �'Til1 is admitted to probate and if such election is
<br /> r`lade by her then the remai.ning L,.O-acre tract shall pass and
<br /> d.escend equall�T to the other three devisees named in this Para-.
<br /> 7 .raph. If any of the beneficiaries named in this Paragra.ph
<br /> �� .recedes me in death leaving issue surviving the share such
<br /> �evisee woul_d hat�e received if ]_iving shall not lapse but shall
<br /> �.�ass ar�l descend to such issue by right of representation. If
<br /> iJorotn�T Uehlin�; should precede me in death leaving issue surviving
<br /> her� �he election to select gi.ven to her shall not pass to such
<br /> issue.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> I give devise and bequeath the East Half of the Southeast
<br /> ��uarter (E1.SEw} of Section Twenty-eight (2$) , Township Nine (9) ,
<br /> � North, Range �Tine (9) , West of the 6th P.M. , Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, one-half thereof, share and share alike to Chester .
<br /> Thaden and 1�Zyrl Thaderi and the other one half, share and share,
<br /> alike, to Eleanor Poen and Phyllis Rice; provided that Eleanor
<br /> Poen and Phyllis Rice, or the survivor of them shall have the
<br /> eption to tak_e either the North one-half or the South one-half
<br /> of this tract in which event they or the survivor of the�:_ shall
<br /> file such election in writing with the County Caurt having`��uris-
<br /> diction of my estate within 90 days after the Will has been
<br /> admitted to probate. If Eleanor Poen should precede me in death
<br /> without issue then the share she would have received if living
<br /> shall pass and descend to Phyllis Rice, or her issue, if .not
<br /> living. If either Chester Thaden or Myrl Thaden are not Tiving
<br /> at the time of my death but leaYe issue surviving the share that
<br /> he would have received if living shall pass and descend to �uch
<br /> issue, subject, however to the charges I haae placed. against,
<br /> any property they receive under the provisions of this Wil], as
<br /> hereinafter set forth.
