IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the sole and only heirs-at-law and their degree of kinship of said Martha Maciejewski, deceased, at the time of her death, were as heretofore found; that the fee simple interest of said decedent in the real estate described herein and any other property, descended to said persons as follows: Richard A. Maciejewski, an undivided one-half share; Louise Ann Maciejewski, an undivided one-half share. That all claims and demands against the estate of said deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or con- tingent, are fully paid and be and the same are forever barred. SAID MATTER CAME ON FURTHER TO BE HEARD upon the petitioner1s application for determination of inheritance tax in said estate and the Court finds upon the evidence: � That W. H. Line, Special County Attorney, Sherman County, Nebraska, and Richard L. DeBacker, County Attorney, Hall County, Nebraska, have each executed a T�Iaiver of Notice to Show Cause, or of the time and place of hearing, and each has entered a Voluntary Appearance in this proceeding in behalf of said Sherman County and Hall County. That a11 parties claiming any interest other than petitioner have entered their Waiver of Notice and , Voluntary Appearance herein. That the Court may proceed without delay to make a determination of inheritance tax without further notice under Section 77-2018.02(5).
