On consideration whereof the Court finds: <br /> That due and legal notice of this proceeding has been <br /> given to all persons interested in said estate, both creditors and <br /> heirs, as required by law. <br /> That all statements and allegations set forth in said <br /> petition are true; that the said Martha Maciejewski died intestate <br /> in Hall County, Nebraska, on November 25, 1963, then being a resi- <br /> dent and inhabitant of Sherman County, Nebraska; that the said <br /> decedent was at the time of her death the owner in fee of an <br /> undivided two-thirds interest in the following described real estate <br /> in Sherman County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> The South Half of the P�ortheast Quarter (SzNE4) and <br /> the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (NZSE4) of <br /> Section Ten (10), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range <br /> Thirteen (13), West of the 6th P. M; <br /> that the said real estate was the homestead of the decedent at <br /> the time of her death; that the clear market value of said interest <br /> in said real estate at the date of death was $16,000.00. <br /> That at the date of decedent's death she was a joint <br /> tenant with right of survivorship with Richard A.
