LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT <br /> OF <br /> ALICE J. JONES <br /> I, Alice J. Jones, of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, do <br /> herewith make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and <br /> Testament in manner and form as follows: <br /> FIRST <br /> I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay all of my <br /> just debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses and any <br /> expenses incidental to the administration of my estate as soon <br /> after my death as can conveniently be done. <br /> SECOND <br /> Al1 of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, after <br /> payment of the items set forth in the FIRST Paragraph hereof, and <br /> including real estate and personal property and whether now owned <br /> by me or hereafter acquired, and wheresoever situated, I give, <br /> devise and bequeath one-half thereof to my son, Albert Jones, to <br /> have and to hold the same forever, and one-sixth to my daughter- <br /> in-law, Alpha H. Jones, widow of my son, W. Scott Jones, deceased, <br /> one-sixth to my grandson, Gerald Jones and one-sixth to my grand- <br /> daughter, Virginia Jocoby, each to have and to hold the same forever; <br /> provided further if any of the persons named in this Paragraph <br /> precede me in death leaving children surviving, the provisions <br /> made for such person shall not lapse but shall pass and descend to <br /> the children of such deceased person by representation. <br /> �HIRD <br /> I name, nominate and appoint my grandson, Gerald Jones of <br /> Doniphan, Nebraska, to be Executor of this my Last Will and <br /> Testament. <br /> FOURTH <br /> I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made. <br /> FIFTH <br /> Having conferred in detail regarding the provisions of my <br /> Will with A. J. Luebs, of the law firm of Luebs, Elson & Tracy, <br /> of Grand Island, Nebraska, I hereby waive all provisions of the <br /> lwas of Nebraska, pertaining to privileged communications betwee <br /> attorney and client. T expressly authorize each of the members <br /> of that law firm to testify as to any communications had with them <br /> regarding the provisions of this instrument wherever necessary to <br /> properly administer my estate and request my Executor to confer <br /> with them whenever necessary on matters pertaining to the probate <br /> and administration of my estate. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature <br /> and executed the foregoing as my Last Will and Testament in Grand <br /> Island, Nebraska this 9th day of January, 1961. <br /> /s/ Alice J.
