No inheritance tax is due the State of Nebraska by reason of the death of Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, and the potential lien for inheritance tax be and the same hereby is extinguished. 4. Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, died testate, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 17, 1965, leaving as her sole and only heirs-at-law the persons named in P�ragraph 6 of the findings above. 5. Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, died owning, seised and possessed of, and having an interest in, the real estate described in Parsgraph 7 of the findings above, which real estate was devised as part of the residuary estate under the terms of the Last Will and Testement of Lucy Caroline Kenyon Deceased, as set forth in Paragraph 9 of the f indings above. 6. Delbert William Kenyon, Executor, distribute the balance of cash remaining in his hands in the amount of $23.49, after payment of the administration expenses allowed by the Court, in accordance with Paragraph 11 of the findings above. 7.
