Box 516, North Platte, Nebraska. <br /> 7. At the time of her death, Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, <br /> owned, was seised and possessed, and had an interest in, the follow- <br /> ing described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, t�-wit: <br /> (a) Lot Nine (9) in Block One (1), in Lakeview, <br /> in the City of Grand IsTand, Nebraska, <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof, <br /> also known as Lakeview Addition to the City <br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> 8. For the purpose of determining the inheritance tax due, if <br /> any, by reason of the death of Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, the <br /> clear market value of the real estate described above is determined <br /> as being the sum of $11,000.00. There is no inheritance tax due by <br /> reason of the death of Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, the value of <br /> the property passing to the beneficiaries under the Last Will and <br /> Testament of Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased (such beneficiaries <br /> being children of Deceased), being less than the statutory exemption <br /> of $10,000.00 for each beneficiary. The potential lien for inheritance <br /> tax should be extinguished. <br /> 9. The real estate owned by Deceased described in Paragraph 7 <br /> above is devised under the Last Will and Testament of Lucy Caroline <br /> Kenyon, Deceased, as part of the residuary estate, according to the <br /> terms thereof and to the devisees therein named, namely: to Delbert <br /> William Kenyon a two-thirds interest and to Joyce Kenyon Wiechman a <br /> one-third interest. <br /> 10. Delbert William Kenyon and Joyce Kenyon Wiechm�n have agreed <br /> to personally pay the legacy in the amount of $200.00 to Ford Theron <br /> Kenyon, son of Deceased, in full payment and satisfaction of the <br /> legacy prcvided in Paragraph THIRD of the Last Will and Testament of <br /> Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased. <br /> 11. After payment of the expenses of administration allowed in <br /> Paragraph 5 above in the amount of $534.36, Delbert William Kenyon, <br /> Executor, will have remaining in his hands constituting residuary <br /> assets of the estate cash in the amount of $23.49, which should be <br /> distributed according to the provisions of the Last Will and Testament <br /> of Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, as follows: Two-thirds thereof, or <br /> $15.66, to Delbert William Kenyon, and one-third thereof, or $7.83, to <br /> Joyce Kenyon Wiechman. <br /> IT IS ORDERED: <br /> 1. The administrati.on account of Delbert William Kenyon, Execu- <br /> tor, as evidenced by his Final Administration Account and Supplemental <br /> Final Administration Account filed herein, is hereby allowed and <br /> approved. <br /> 2.
