<br /> This �atter came on for hearing at 10:00 A.M. on December
<br /> 15, 1965, upo�n the Petition for Settlement of Final Account and
<br /> Distribution, Final Administration Account and Supplemental Final
<br /> Administration Account filed herein by Delbert William Kenyon,
<br /> Executor of the Estate of Lucy Caroline Kenyon, Deceased, Delbert
<br /> William Kenyon, Executor, appearing in person and with his attorney,
<br /> Kenneth H. Elson, and the Court, upon consideration of the evidence
<br /> and being fully advised in the premises, finds :
<br />, 1. Rictiard L. DeBacker, County Attorney of Ha11 County,
<br /> Nebraska, has executed a Waiver of Formal Notice and Voluntary
<br /> Appearance which has been filed herein evidencing the Voluntary
<br /> Appearance of Richard L. DeBacker, County Attorney of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, in this proceeding in behalf of the County of Hall and
<br />� the State of Nebraska.
<br /> 2. The account of Delbert William Kenyon, Executor, as evi-
<br /> denced by his Fina1 Administration Account and Supplemental Final
<br /> Administration Account filed herein, is correct in all respects and
<br /> °� should be approved and allowed.
<br /> 3. No claims were allowed against said Estate and an Order
<br /> �
<br /> �, Barring Claims has heretofore been entered herein.
<br /> 4. The statements and ellegations in the Petition for Settle-
<br /> ment of FinaZ Account and Distribution filed herein by Delbert
<br /> William Kenyon, Executor, are true and correct, except that the
<br />,;� balance of cash in the hands of the Executor at the time of hearing
<br /> � was the sum of $557.85, and not the sum of $578.01 as alleged in
<br /> the Executor1s said Petition.
<br /> 5. The following administration expenses should be allowed
<br />� and be �aid by the Executor:
<br /> (a) Ha11 County Court for court costs. . . . . . . $ 66.50
<br /> (b) Kenneth H. Elson for attorney fees. . . . . . 435.00
