Gi bbons, of Grand I s la nd, Ha 1 1 Count y, Ne b�PI�Y,��fl�E <br /> being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this <br /> my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following: <br /> FIRST <br /> I hereby revoke any and all former wi lls and codici ls thereto <br /> b y me ma de. <br /> SECOND <br /> I direct that all of my Just debts, if any, and the expenses <br /> of my last illness and burial be paid by my executor as soon after <br /> my death as may be convenient. <br /> THIRD <br /> I give, devi se and bequeath to my chi ldren, Wini fred Gibbons <br /> Goodwin, Paul Gibbons and Mary Gibbons Brayton, all of my property <br /> of every kind and nature, each to take an equal share thereof, the <br /> same to be thei rs absolutely and fore�ver. <br /> FOURTH <br /> In the event of the death of one or more of my said children, <br /> prior to my death, leaving issue, then and in that event, I direct <br /> that the issue of such deceased child or children shall take tht <br /> share which my deceased child would have taken had he or she survived. <br /> In the event of the death of one or more of my chi ldren, prior <br /> to my death, and without issue, I direct that the share of such de- <br /> ceased child in my estate, shall lapse, and that the share of such <br /> deceased chi ld or chi ldren, I hereby gi ve, devise and bequeath to my <br /> surviving child or children, each, if more than one, to take an equal <br /> share thereof. <br /> FI FTH <br /> I name , nominate and appoint my son, Paul Gibbons, to be execu- <br /> trix of this my Last Will artd Test�ment. I specifically authorize <br /> and empower the executor of my estate to sell any real or personal <br /> property included among the assets of my estate at such prices and <br /> upon such terms as such e xecutor in his sole ,judgment and discre- <br /> tion may determine and without the necessity of procurring any Court <br /> order therefor.
