<br /> i �t the time of her death, they being William Fischer, a brother,
<br /> Henry Eischer, a brother, Lena Mettenbrink, a sister, Louise �ilkins,
<br /> a sister, and Frederick Fischer, a nephew, subject however to the power
<br /> and authority of F. William �bermeier to bargain, sell, tranm�er and
<br /> i convey, mortgage or otherwise lien any of said real property without
<br /> the order of any court if he deem it nece�sary for hi� care and
<br /> sup�arty said land is hereby assigned �o said persons in accordance
<br /> with the provisions of the last will and testament.
<br /> 6. The personal property owned by dec�asea consisted of a check-
<br /> inq account, Am�rican express travelers che�k�, household furnishin�s,
<br /> personal effects, and two United States savings bonds; that the
<br /> executor has expended more than the liquidation value of said personal
<br /> property and has accordingly fu11y accounted for saia personal. property.
<br /> 7. T�e two savings accounts which stood in the name� �� deceased
<br /> and F. William Obermeier as joint tenants with riqht of survivorship
<br /> are declared to have passed to F. � illiam Obermeier and are hereby
<br /> thus assigned.
<br /> 8. Expenses of probate incZuding court costs, publication and x�-
<br /> cardin� fees, fees of the attorney, personal taxes and any other closing
<br /> expenses, are ordered paid; the executor has waived commissions; upon
<br /> payment of said items and the filin� of receipts, with�ut �urther hear-
<br /> ing, this estate �roceedings �rill be completed, and wi].l be closed,
<br /> and F. William Obermeier will be discharged as executor and his bond
<br /> rele�sed.
