<br /> � my property, I, William G. Plummer, being of sound and dis-
<br /> posing mind do make and publish, and declare this instrument
<br /> as and for my last will and testament� and I do hereby revoke
<br /> any and all former wills or codicils heretofore made by me.
<br /> FIRST: I do hereby appoint my beloved wife, Martha Plummer,
<br /> to serve as executrix of this my last will and testament.
<br /> SECOPJD; I direct my executrix to pay all of my just debts,
<br /> including the expenses of my last illness and death, and the
<br /> expenses incident to the probate of this will as soon after
<br /> my death as is rea�onably convenient.
<br /> THIRD: � do hereby gi ve, devise, and bequeath unto, my
<br /> beloved wife, Martha Plummer, all of my property, both real
<br /> and personal, and businesses being conducted thereon, wherever
<br /> situated, to hsve and to hold� the same abaolute and forever,
<br /> sub,ject to hereafter named bequests.
<br /> FOURTH: I do hereby give, devise, and bequeath unto my chil-
<br /> dren the respective amounts as are set forth, to be paid
<br /> from my estate wit hin fi ve years of my death;
