<br /> I, Carl Stoeger, of CaiYo, Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br /> and disposing me�:.ory, do hereby make, publish and declare th�:a
<br /> - Codicil to my Last Will and Testament, dated November 30,_ 1959.

<br /> I hereby revoke Paragraph VI of my Last �iill and Testament
<br /> , dated November 30, 1959, and substitute the €o1le�wing paragraph:
<br /> VI.
<br /> "I hereby name, nominate and appoint my son, Lawrence E.
<br /> Stoeger, and my daughter, Pauline De Soe, as Exew tors
<br /> of this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that in
<br /> the event of the death or disability of either of them
<br /> that my grandson, James lle Soe, act as successor Executor
<br /> with full power and authority to act as above set forth. "
<br /> II.
<br /> I hereby affirm and ratify all of the other provisions of
<br /> my Last Will and Testament, dated November 30, 1959, except as
<br /> changed, modified or altered herein.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed this Codicil to
