<br /> that he fails to qualify, or ceases to serve, as such execu�tor,
<br /> then I hereby appoint Charles B. Paine, of Grand Island, �debraska,
<br /> as surh Pxecutor. I request that the Court havina jurisdictiore
<br /> over my estate shall require such reasonable bond or suxety as

<br /> or not, shall sell all real property or any interest therein;
