<br /> Lautenschia�er, D�ceased, for final sett2e�ent and aZlowance of the
<br /> account5 of Herman J. Lautenschlag�r, Fxecutor, for a Deeree of
<br /> I�eirsh<p, and a Decree Distributing and Assigr►ing the Residue of
<br /> said Estate accardin� to the gravisions of the Last L1i11 and Testanent
<br /> of s�.id Dece�sed, Rnd the Court, being fuily advised in the premises
<br /> �nd ��ter evid�nce has b�en �dduced, finds as follows:
<br /> I. The account of H�rman J. Lautenschlager, Executor, as evi-
<br /> dencec� by his Final Administration ,F�ccou�t and Supplemental Finai
<br /> tsdninistration Account filed herein, is correct in all respects and
<br /> �hould b�: approved and allowed and at the date of hearing he had in
<br /> his possessian as assets of said estate cash in �he sum of $542.97,
<br /> eonstituting residuary assets of said estate.
<br /> 2. F,T1 claims allowed against said estate have been fully p�id
<br /> ax�d s�tisfied, �nd th� Court has heretofore entered herein �n Order
<br /> b�r�in� all clai:ns not filed by claim day.
<br /> 3. Tl�.s st�.tements and allegations in ssid Petitfon for Settle-
<br /> �ent of �'inn3_ Account and Distributfon filed herein are true and
<br /> c�rrect.
<br /> 4. The Coi:.rt finds that 1965 persona� property tax of Hall County,
<br /> A1�brms'�.a, tn the amount of $2.60, is unpaid, and that the Executor
<br /> �hc�uad p�.y s�id suni from the residuary assets in his hands.
<br /> 5. This Court has determined the inheritanae tax due the State of
<br /> N�braska by re�son of the d�ath of said Frieda B. Lautenschlager,
<br /> Deceased, as shown by the Decree of netermining Inheritance Tax filed
<br /> herein, and after said inheritance tax has been paid as required by
<br /> Iaw, receipts showing payment thereof should be filed herein.
<br /> 6. Frieda B. Lautenschlager, Deceased, died test�te, a resident
<br /> ana inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, o� July lb, 1964, leaving as
<br /> her sole and anly heirs-at-7.aw, and le�atees and devisees, the follc�w-
<br /> in� named gersans:
<br /> (a) Herm�n J. Lautensch2gger, aged fifty-five, husband
<br /> o£ deceased, of Wood River, Nebraska.
<br /> (b) Verna F. Dibbern, aged twenty-five, daughter of
<br /> deceased, of Wood River, Nebraska.
<br /> (c) Elaine I�.utenschla�er Grah,�,m, aged twenty, daughter
<br /> og de�e�sed, of 844 East Phoenix Street, Grand
<br /> I�land, Nebraska.
