<br /> with make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
<br /> 'restar�ent, in manner and f'orm as follows:

<br /> I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay
<br /> all of ;ny just debts, expenses of last illness, f'uneral
<br /> expenses and theeupenses f'or the administration of my estate,
<br /> as soon as can conveniently be done.

<br /> If' my hus'oand, Edgar Van Busicirk, survives me, then I
<br /> give, devise and bequeath to my husband, Ed�ar Van :3uskirk,
<br /> all of the rest, residue dnd remainder of my estate, both
<br /> real estate and personal property, whether now owned by me
<br /> or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated, to be ris
<br /> absolutely, to have and to hold the same t'orever.

<br /> In the event my husband, Edgar Van Buskirx, does not
<br /> survive me, then, and in such event, I give, devise and
<br /> beqlea;,b all u.' tY.e 1•est, residue and remainder c,t ;:y estate, i
<br /> botr� real estate and personal property, whethe: now owneci by
<br /> me or hereaf'ter acquired and wheresoever situated, to my
<br /> children, namely: Helen edah �3ader, r�lanche D�iartin, Edgar
<br /> LaVern Van Buskirk, and �dith r�tae �Uichmann, share and share
<br /> alike, to have and to hold the same forever; provided, however,
<br /> that in case of' the death of any of my said children in my
<br /> lifetime leaving issue, I d�ect that the share of such
<br /> deceased child shall not lapse but shall be paid and pass to
<br /> such issue, by right of representation.

<br /> I name,nominate and appoint my husband, Edgar I/an Buskirk,
<br /> to be the Executor of this, my Last v�ill and Testament, fur�her
<br /> requesting the he be not required to furnish surety on his
<br /> official bond as such, and further granting to him full
<br /> right, license and authority to sell and dispose of my personal
<br /> property and real estate, at either public sale or private
<br /> sale, when deemed raecessary by hi:�, without first securing
<br /> license fro� any Court authorizing him so to do . If my
<br /> husband, Ed�;ar Van Buskir�, should die beiore me, resign,
<br /> fail t,v quali.t'y, or cease to act as su�n r.xe,;,.�ur, trien I
<br /> name, nominate and appoint my son, �.dgar LaVern Van Buskirk,
<br /> to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and Testar;ient, further
<br /> giving to him all of the rights, powers and authorities I
<br /> have heretofore given to my i'irst named Executor and further
<br /> requesting that he be not required to f'urnish surety on his
<br /> official bond as such.
