<br /> Hall in the State of Nebra.ska �his ll�h day of September, 1967.
<br /> Present: Edward Dixon, Ccunty Judge.
<br /> BE IT RE2�IEMBERED, tha�t Bethel Boyle, administratrix, filed herein
<br /> her final report as such administratrix, together with a peti�ion pray-
<br /> ing that said report be allowed, £or a decree of heirship, determir�ation
<br /> of inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement and
<br /> discnarge. For these purposes the 11�h day of Septem'r�er, 1967, at 10:00
<br /> o' clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said County was assigned as
<br /> the time and place for hearin� said petition and exanining and allowing
<br /> said £inal report; and it was ordered that notice of the pendenc� of
<br /> such hearing be given as by law required; and it appears by proof on
<br /> file that notice was given as ordered by the Court, and that no objec-
<br /> tions to said final report have been c:�3de or filed. Upon examination
<br /> of the record and evidence in �his matter and being duly advised in
<br /> the premises, the Court finds as follo:as: That William L. Brunner
<br /> died on March 12, 1967, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; that
<br /> Bethel Boyle filed herein a petition zs]ting for administration of the
<br /> estate of said deceased and asking that sne be appointed adminiscra-
<br /> trix of this estate; that an order of this court �aas made assignina the
<br /> 7th day of April, 1967 at 10:00 o' clock a.m. in the County Court Room
<br /> of said County, as the time and place for hearing said petition, and
<br /> ordering that notice of the pender_cy oi said 'nearina be given as by laN
<br /> required, and it appears by proof on file that notice of such order was
<br /> so given.
<br /> 'I'he Court further finds �hat on the 7th day of April, 1967, proof
<br /> of the facts set forth in said peti�ion was made and Bethel Boyle was
<br /> appointed administratrix of L'nis es�a�Le, and she furnished bond as re-
<br /> quired and approved by rh�_s cour�... The Court finds that William L.
<br /> Brunner was an unrernarried .�an at thc time of nis death, that he died
<br /> intestate, and that he left him surv�ving as his sole and only �.eirs
<br /> at-1aw the following persons: Ka=�nerine Srnith, niece, M�.rjorie i-iauke,
<br /> niece, r4ildred O'Kar_e, niece, Lea� Rugg, niece, and Harvey Boyle, r.ephew,
<br /> and Bethel Boyle,niece.
<br /> The Court further f inds �nai. on tne 7�h day of April, 1967, ar. or_der

<br /> a.m. and it appears by proof en file that such notice was furr.isned as
<br /> ordered by this Court.
<br /> The CourL further finds tha�.. �ne adminisi:ratrix filed hereir. ner
<br /> inventory of the assets of i.his esta�.e, �.ogether with a copy thereof
<br /> for the Coun�y Assessor o� HG11 County, Nebraska, and tnat according to
<br /> said inventory said deceased died seizeu� and possessed of the folloi��ing
<br /> described real estate: LoL D+'ine (S) , in Block T�,renty (20) , in the
<br /> Oriqinal Town of Wood River, �'�ebraska, ar�d th�t he otianed personal property
<br /> specifically described in �re inven�ory.
<br /> The Court further finds that or. the 9th day of Augus�, 1967, an order
<br /> of this court was made barrzng claims whicn might be filed against tn_�
