<br /> 1967, on'the P�etition of Ve1ma Mary Duering for a determination o�f
<br /> inheritance t'�x and the evidence, Petitioner being present in Court
<br /> and .represented by counsel and the Court havingfheard the evidence
<br /> and being fully advised in the premis�s finds t'hat the County
<br /> Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska, has entered his Voluntary Appear-
<br /> ance and hTaiver of Notice to Show Cause why a Decree should not be
<br /> entered finding no inheritarice taxes due on account of the death of
<br /> the above named deceased. VJhereupon the Court finds that Herman C.
<br /> Duering departed this life in Hall County, Nebraska, on August 7,
<br /> 1967, being at said time a resident of Hall County, N�braska ; that
<br /> the Petitioner is the wife of said deceased; that at the time of his
<br /> death said deceased was not possessed of any property subject to
<br /> administration of the State of Nebraska, but was the owner, together
<br /> with Petitioner as joint tenant, of th"e following described real
<br /> estate, to-wit:
<br /> Lats Two (2) and Three (3) , Block Sixteen (16) ,
<br /> VJest Fark, an Additior to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> _ Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> . Which property is a residential property and was the homestead
<br /> of deceased and Petitioner at the time of his death ar�d at a fair• arid
<br /> reasonable market value of w6, 500.00; that said deceased durir�g his
<br /> lif etime did not convey any property in trust or ctherwise i�i contem-
<br /> • plation of death or intended to take effect in possession or enjoymer.t �
<br /> after death, and neither the Petitioner nor ariy person became erititled
<br /> to any property by reason of the death of said deceased, except as
<br /> above found, and that all of said property including real estate ancl
<br /> � personal property is of less value i,han is exernpt by law.
