<br /> name in the Plainview Cemetery, Maxwell, Nebraska.

<br /> SECOND, I direct my funeral expenses, just debts, and costs and
<br /> expenses of rr�y last illness and e�cpensas of administering my estate be
<br /> tirst paid from tr�y estate.

<br /> THI�D, I give, devise, and bequeath all of rr{y estate, both real
<br /> and personal, Wherever situated, to my beloved wife, Ella V. Johnson,
<br /> in �ee simple absolute.

<br /> �IJRTH, In the event my beloved wi3e, Ella V. Johnson, predeceases
<br /> me, then in that event I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both
<br /> real and personal, �herever situated, to my beloved son, Robert Lee Johnson,
<br /> 3n fee simple absolute. I realize I am not leaving anything to rr�y daughter,
<br /> Jean Johnson Ensley, for the reason that I have provided for her during her
<br /> litetime, and I de not fAel that she has t.he love and aflection fo^ me
<br /> that would warrant me giving her a share of rqy estate. -

<br /> FIF'I'H, I hereby authorize and appoint tr�y beloved wife, Ella V.
<br /> Johnson, aforenamed, as F.�cecutrix of this m,y Last Will and Testament,
