<br /> Quarter of the Northweat Quarter (SE'�NW�) of
<br /> Section 'Itaenty-'Ifao (22) , Township Eleven (11)
<br /> North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th. P.M. in
<br /> the City of Grand� Island, Nebraska, subject to
<br /> a real estate mortgage in favor of The Prudential
<br /> Insurance Company of America, recorded in Book
<br /> 100 of Mortgages at page 101 in the office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> (b) Undivided one-half interest in Lot Seven (7) in '
<br /> Block One Hundred Forty-Six (146) in Union Pacific �
<br /> Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, I
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> 8. Under the laws of descent and diatribution of the state
<br /> of Nebraska, the real estate described in Paragraph 7, above, passed
<br /> anci descended, sub�ect to the reai estate mortgage described above,
<br /> and should be assigned as follows :
<br /> (a) An undivided one-half interest to Alberta R. Brym, '
<br /> daughter of Deceased.
<br /> (b) An undivided one-half intereat to Mildred M. Tryba,
<br /> daughter of Deceased. '�
<br /> 9. The Adminiatratrix has on hand constituting residuary per-
<br /> sonal property assets of the estate cash in the sum of $1,699.66,
<br /> which should be paid, delivered and di.stributed to the heirs at law
<br /> of Deceased under the laws of descent and distribution of the $tate
<br /> of Nebraska, each receiving a one-half share, as follows:
<br /> (a) Alberta R. Brym, daugliter of Deceased,
