Final Administration Account. <br /> 2. Petition for Settlement of Final Account and Distribution. <br /> 3. Voluntary Appearance and Waiver of Notice to Show Cause. <br /> Upon consideration of the pleadings and the evidence, the <br /> Court finds and determines : <br /> 1. Proper notice of hearing was given as required by law and <br /> the order of this court. <br /> 2. The Final Administration Account of Alberta R. Brym, <br /> Administratrix, is true and correct in ail respects and should be <br /> approved and allowed. <br /> i3 . The Court has heretofore entered an Order Barring Claims <br />' Not Filed. <br /> 4. As to the inheritance tax due, if any, by reason of the <br /> death of Henry Loebsack, deceased, under the inheritance tax laws <br /> of Nebraska: <br /> (a) The clear market value of the real estate and <br />' personal property in Deceased's eatate at the <br /> I, time of death of Deceased was the sum of $I8, 638 .86 <br />' and the clear market value of the real estate and <br /> personal property is as ahown in the Inventory filed <br /> hereino <br />' (b) Under the laws of descent and distribution of the <br /> state of Nebraska, Deceasedfs property passes one- <br /> i half to Alberta R. Brym, daughter, and one-half to <br /> Mildred M. Tryba, daughter, each of whom is entitled <br /> to a $10,000.00 statutory exemption. <br /> (c) The statutory exemption of� $10,000.00 for Alberta R. <br /> Brym and Mildred M. Tryba, daughters of Deceased, <br /> exce�ds the clear market value of the property of <br /> Deceased passing to them by reason of his death. <br /> (d) No inheritance tax is due by reason of the death of <br /> Henry Loebsack, deceased, and the potential lien for <br /> inheritance tax should be extin�uished. <br /> 5.
