<br /> The Court f urther finds that on the 23rd day of June, 1967, an order
<br /> of this Court was made barring any claims which might be filed against
<br /> this estate and finding that no claims were filed against the est�te.
<br /> The Court further finds that all expenses of administration, including
<br /> court costs, attorneys' fees, and e;cecutors' fees have been paid.
<br /> The Court further finds that ary net personal property assets of
<br /> this estate passed, pursuant -co the last will and testament and codicil
<br /> of said deceased, to his widow, Emma P. Horst. 'I�hat the rest, residue
<br /> and remainder of the assets of this estate, which comprised the real
<br /> estate described above, passed in equal shares to the six children
<br /> of said deceased, Merle E. Horst, William Andrew Horst, Opal Steinbeck,
<br /> Betty Vanosdall, Ellen Goerl, and Margie Anr_ Thomssen, subject to a life
<br /> estate therein for the use and bcneii�. and during the remaining lifetime
<br /> of the tvidow of said deceased, Ercu;la P. Horst; and with certain options
<br /> to purchase some of the above described real estate following the death
<br /> of Emma P. Horst, a.11 as set forth in the 4di11 and Codicil of said
