<br /> "I direct that no prohibitory fidu�iary or conflict-of-interest
<br /> rules shall be applicable to any person who may be serving by appoint-
<br /> . ment of the court heving jurisdiction of the probate of this will as
<br /> my personal representative under this will and who also may have a
<br /> first right to purchase real es�ate, or an interest therein, under the
<br /> provisions of this will. No purchaser of any asset of my estate shall
<br /> be bbligated to assure the prop�r application by my personal representa-
<br /> tive under this will of the purchase �roceeds. And i further direct
<br /> that not�vithstanding any first rights oi purchase as provided in this
<br /> will, any purchaser of real estate who purchases from my personal re-
<br /> presentative under this will shall receive the full fee simple title
<br /> to the premises so purchased by him, unclouded by any such first rights
<br /> of purchase.

<br /> "I waive any privilege created under the laws of any state with res-
<br /> pect to confidential communications had at any time between me and my
<br /> attorney, Arthur C. Mayer, and had at any time between me and any of t7�
<br /> attesting witnesses to this will.
<br /> WITNESS my signature to tnis my last will and testament, typewritten
<br /> upon five pages, on the bottom margin of the first four pages �" have also
<br /> written my name for greater security and better identification, this

<br /> undersigned, that the foregoing instrument was his last will and testa-

<br /> disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be a codicil
<br /> to my Last Will and Testament dated March 10, 1961, in words as follows:

<br /> "Inasmuch as I have conveyed the premises described in Paragraph
<br /> III � my Will, I delete the provisions of such Paragraph III.

<br /> "I delete the provisior.s of paragraph VI of my Will, and in lieu
<br /> thereof provide as follows: "Upon my death, or after my wife' s death,
