<br /> Lutheran Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, any interest I may still own

<br /> "If my wife, Emma P. Horst, survives me, I give her, in fee simple
<br /> absolute, all of the rest, residue and remainder of the personal property
<br /> in my estate. If my wife predeceases me, I give my sons, Merle �. Horst
<br /> and William Andrew Horst, share and share alike, all my jewelry and
<br /> clothing, and I give all of the rest, residue and remainder of my personal
<br /> property, in equal shares, �o my six children, Opal Steinbeck, Mer1e E.
<br /> Horst, Betty Vanosdall, Ellen Goerl, William Andrew Horst, and Niargie

<br /> "I devise unto my wife, Emr;la P. Horst, a life estate for her benefit

<br /> I may own at the time of my death, excepting the rea.l estate devised in
<br /> Paragraph III above. Followinq the death of my wife, or at my death if
<br /> my wife should predecease me, a.11 such real estate shall be sold in the

<br /> Block Twenty-six (26) , Russell Wheeler' s Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Nebraska; and all my interest in any other real estate I may own
<br /> an interest in at the time of my death not specifically devised herein
<br /> or not otherwise sold by means of the first rights to purchase granted
<br /> my children and described and provided for below.

<br /> "I direct my personal representative under this will to have all
<br /> real estate not specifically described above appraised at its fair market
<br /> value as such value may be at the time, of my death if I survive my wife,
<br /> or if my wife survives me such appra.isal shall determine the fair market
<br /> value of such real estate as such value may be a.t the time of my wife' s
<br /> death, whichever date of death is later. To the extent tha.i: my said
<br /> pe�sonal representative deems it feasible, and he shall be the sole
<br /> deterr.tiner of the method of obtaining such appzaisal, • I suggest to him
<br /> that he use the valua.tions ob�ained for Nebraska inheritance ta.x deter-
<br /> mination purposes, either in my estate or ny wife' s estate depending on
