<br /> At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of
<br /> Hall in the 5tate of Nebraska this 21st day of July, 1967.
<br /> Present: Edward Dixon, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, that William Andrew Horst and Merle E. Horst,
<br /> filed herein their final report as such co-executors, together with
<br /> a petition praying that said report be allowed, for a decree of heir-
<br /> ship, determination of inherita.nce tax, order of final distribution
<br /> and final settlement and discharge. For these purposes the 21st da�r
<br /> of July, 1967, at 10:00 o' clock a.m. in the County Court Room in said
<br /> County was assigned as the time and plzce for hearing said petition
<br /> and examining and allowing said final report; and it was ordered that
<br /> notice of the pendency of such hearing be given as by law required;
<br /> and it appears by proof on file that notice t��as given as ordered by
<br /> the Court, and tha.t no objections zo said fir_al report have been made
<br /> or filed. Upon examination of the record znd evidence in this matter
<br /> and being duly advised in the premises, the Court finds as follows:
<br /> That William Horst died on January 17, 1967, testate, and a resident
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Tliat Ydilliam A. Horst and
<br /> Merle E, Horst filed in this Court instruments purporting to be t:ze
<br /> last will a.nd testament and codicil thereto of Will�.am Horst, deceased,
<br /> and a petition offering the same for proba�e and retitioning the Cour�
<br /> to appoint them co-executors o� this estate, ar.d that a.n order of this
<br /> Court was made assigning the 24�h day oi February, 1557 at 10:00 o' clock
<br /> a..m. in the County Court Room o� said county as the time and plzce for
<br /> hearing said petition, proving said will and codicil, and admitting the
<br /> same to probate and ordering �.hat no�cice of tne pendencg of said "nearing
<br /> be given as by law required, and it appears �y proof on file that notice
<br /> of such order was so given.
<br /> The Court f urther finds that on the 2�th day of February, 1967
<br /> said instruments were proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as �he
<br /> last will and testament and codicil thereto of �9illiam Horst, deceased,
<br /> which will and codicil are in kords as follows:

<br /> "I, William Horst of Grand Island, i�ebras;ca, being of sound mind
<br /> and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish �nd declare tnis to be my
<br /> last will a.nd testament, revo�cir_c any pr�or wi1ls ^��de by me, in words
<br /> as follows:
<br /> I.
<br /> "I appoint my sons, or the survivor of them, N.erle E, Horst and
<br /> William Andrew Horst, co-eYecu�ors of th�s will, and direct that neither
<br /> of them need furnish surety on �heir bond.. A11 powers and discretion
<br /> hereina.fter granted my executors s'za11 fully e:>tend to such one of tner
<br /> as may be so serving and to zn�r zdmir_istrator with the �eill arnexed.
