<br />		testament  of  the  real and personal  estate  of  said Faye  Lucille Lovell,

<br /> 		that  she  left her  surviving  as her sole  and  only heirs-at-law the  follow-
<br /> 		ing:     Cloyd James Glenn Dean Lovell,  who  is  one and the  same  as Cloyd
<br /> 		James Glendean Lovell,  and who  is  one  and the  same as the Cloyd James
<br /> 		Dlendean and Cloyd James Glendean,  referred to in the  last will and
<br /> 		testament  of  said deceased,  her s.on;  Lovern Jean Finan,  who  is  one
<br /> 		and the  same as the  Mrs.  Andrew Finan referred to  in the  last will  and
<br /> 		testament  of  said decea.sed,  her daughter;  and  six grandchildren by a
<br /> 		predeceased daughter,  said grandchildren being:  Charles  Elijah,  Joan
<br /> 		Harrison,  Davida Edward,  Michael  Elijah,  Vern R.  Elijah and Phillip
<br /> 		Elijah,  they being one  a.nd the  same,  respectively,  as the Charles
<br /> 		Henry,  Joan Cathern,  Davida Jean,  Michael James,  Vern,  and Phillip
<br /> 		Mark,  who are  named as beneficiaries  in paragraph Second of  the Will
<br /> 		of  said deceased.
<br />  			The Court f urther finds that on  the  Sth day of February,  1967,  an
<br /> 		order of  this Court was made allowing  ereditors  untili`he  13th day of
<br /> 		June,  1967  within which to file  claims,  and al.lowing  said executor one
<br /> 		yeas within which to  settle  said estate,  and further ordering that
<br /> 		notice  to  creditors be published as by la.w required,  and that a hearing
<br /> 		on claims  filed against  said estate be held at the  office of  the County
<br /> 		Judge  of Hall County,  Nebraska on the  14th  day of June,  1967,  at 9:00
<br /> 		o'clock a.m.  and it appears by proof  on file  that  such notice  was pub-   	"
<br /> 		lished as  ordered by this Court.
<br />  			The Court further finds  that the  administrator  c.t.a.  filed herein      .
