<br />   			At  a  session of the  County Court held in and for said County of Hall
<br />   		in the  State  of Nebraska  this  14th day of July,  1967.
<br />   			Present:    Edward Dixon,  County Judge.
<br />;  			BE IT REMEMBERED,  that Arthur C.  Mayer,  administrator c.t.a.,  filed
<br /> I  ,      	herein his final report as  such administrator c.t.a.,  together with a
<br />  		petition praying that  said report be  allowed,  for a  decree  of heirship,
<br />   		determination of  inheritance  tax,  order of  final  distribution and final
<br />   		settlement  and discharge.    For these purposes  the  14th day of  July,  1967
<br />  		at 10:00 o'clock a.m.  in the   County Court Room in  said County was assign-
<br />  		ed as  the time  and place  for hearing  said petition and examininq and
<br />  		allowing  said final  report;  and it was  ordered that  notice  of  the pendency
<br />  		of  such hearing be given as by law required;  and  it appears by proof on
<br />  		file  that notice  was given as ordered by the  Court,  and that  no  objections
<br />   '      	to  said final  report have  been made  or filed.   Upon examination of  the
<br />  		record and evidence  in  this matter and bein   dul     d i

<br />; 		the Court finds  as  follows:    That Faye  Lucille  Lovell  died on October  23,
<br />  		1966,  testate,  and a. resident of Hall  County,  Nebraska.    That Cloyd James
<br /> i 		Glendean Lovell filed  in this   Court  an instrument purporting to be  the
<br />  		last will  and testament of Faye Lucille  Lovell,  deceased,  and a  petition
<br />  		offering  the  sa.me  for probate  and petitioning the Court that he  or  some
<br />	' 	suitable person be  appointed as  executor or administrator c.t.a.  the.reof,
<br />  		and that an order  of this Court was ma.de  assigning the  8th day of Febru-
<br />  		ary,  1967  at 10:00  o"clock  a.m.  in the   C ounty Court Room of  said County
<br />  		as the  time  and place  for hearing  said petition,  proving  said Will,  and
<br /> 	� 	admitting the  same to probate  and ordering that  notice  of  the pendency
<br />  		of  said hearing be given as by law required,  and it  appears by proof
<br /> 	� 	on file  that notice  of  such order was  so given.
<br /> 	, 		The Court  further finds that on the  8th day of February,  1967,  said
<br />  		instrument was proven,  allowed and admitted to probate  as  the  last will
<br />  		and testament of Faye Lucille  Lovell,  deceased,  which will  is  in words
<br />  		as  follows:
<br />      							"LAST WILL AND TESTA.MENT       						;
<br />   			"I,  Faye Lucille  Lovell,  of  the Village  of Wood River,  County of
<br />  		Hall,  and  State of Nebraska,  being about  62 years  of  age,  and of  sound
<br />  		and disposing mind and memory,  do ma.ke  and publish this my last will
<br />  		and testament.
<br />   			"First,  I  desire  that all my debts  and the  expenses  connected with
<br />  		my f uneral be paid.
<br />   			"Second,  2  give and bequeath one hundred  dollars ($100.00)  each to   		�
<br />  		the  six  (6)  Elija.h children,  named as  follows:    Charles Henry,  Joan
<br /> 		Cathern,  Davida Jean,  Michael Ja.mes,  Vern,  and Phillip Mark.
<br />  			"Third,  I give,  devise  and bequeat�h equally to my daughter,  Mrs.
<br /> 		Andrew Finan  (Lovern Jean) ,  and to my  son,  Cloyd James  Dlendean,  the
<br /> 		remainder of my real  estate  a.nd personal property.       			.
<br />  			"Fourth,  the  said  real  esta.te  and personal property is  located
<br /> 		in the Clark Addition,  Village  of Wood River,  County of Hall,  State  of
<br /> 		Nebraska.,  Lots  13  to  21,  inclusive.
