<br /> REAL ESTATB
<br /> Now on this 22nd day of June, 1967, the �ourt having heretofore
<br /> on the 21st day oE 1une, 1967, heard the evidence and entered its decree of
<br /> final settlement� makes this suppleanental decree with respect to the real
<br /> estate in this estate; to-wit=
<br /> 1. The Court finds that Agnes Larsen, deceased, dfed on July
<br /> 18, 1y66, intestate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that her husband,
<br /> Carl Axel Laraen, had pzedeceased her on June 29, 1966, intestate and a
<br /> resident of Hall County, Nebraska, at the time of his death.
<br /> 2. The Court finds that at the time of her death, said Agnes
<br /> Larsen was the_owner in fee simple of the following real property in Hall
<br /> County, Nebraskat to-wit: A house and lot at 241 5outh Pine Street, in and
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraaka, described as Lot Six, Block Three, in �ann�s
<br /> Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; and that the sole and
<br /> only heirs at law of said Agnes Larsen, and their respective shares and interests
<br /> in her estate, including the above-described real estate are as follows; to-wit:
<br /> Harry Casperseni a brother, a one-Chird share; Minnie Caspersen, a sister, a
<br /> one-third sharef Joan Kloppenburg, a niece, a one-twelfth share; Edward Tuhey, '
<br /> a nephew, a one-twelfth share; Donald Tuhey, a nephew, a one-twelfth share,
<br /> and 3erry Tuhey, a nephew, a oae-twelfth share.
<br /> IT I5� THEREFOTcE, OFcDERBU ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT: That
<br /> tt►e real estate hereinabove described be, and the same hereby is, assigned to
<br /> Harry Caspersen� a one-third interest or sharej Minnie Gaspersen, a one-third
<br /> share; Joan Kloppenburg, a one•twelfth sharej EdWasd Tuhey, a one-twelfth share;
<br /> Donald Tuhey, a one-twelfth share and Jerry Tuhey, a one-twelfth shareT and
<br /> it i� further adjudged and decreed hy the Court that the said Agnes Larsen died
<br /> intestate, a resident o£ Hall County, Nebraska� on the 18th dap nf July, 1966,
<br /> and that her sole and only heirs at law were and sre the above-named brother,
<br /> sister, niece and nephews.
