<br /> him of the time and place of this hearing to determine the
<br /> inheritance tax on account of the sale of the property c�escriUec�

<br /> The Court having heard the evidenee and bein� fully advised
<br /> in the premises finde: That Louise Jorgensen died at Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, on the 26�' day of April, 1967� being at
<br /> said time a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; That the petitioner
<br /> is the surviving daughter of said deceased; That at the time of
<br /> her death said deeeased was not po�:sessed of any property subj�ct
<br /> to administration in the State of Nebraska but was the owner,
<br /> to�ether with petitioner as joint tenants o�:
<br /> The Idorth Fifty-six (56) feet of Lot One (1) ,
<br /> Block Une Hundred Four (144} , ��ailroad Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,

<br /> which property at the time of the death of said cieceased was of i
<br /> the fair and reasonable narket value of Five Thousan� ]�ollars j

<br /> Nebraska, in the sum of $64, and the su� of �1,000 in the Ec�uitable
