<br /> i that ,Mary E. Howe was an unre�married widow at the time of her death and
<br />� left her surviving as her sole and only heirs-at-law her two daughters,
<br />� 1�nne-Howe Hungerford and Mary Howe Prescott.
<br />' fihe Court further �finds that on the 2nd day of December, 1966 an
<br /> order of this court was 7nade allowing creditors until the 30th day of
<br />! March, 1967 within which to file claims, and allowing said executors
<br />` one year within which to settle said estate, and further ordering that
<br />' notice to creditors be published as by law required, and that a hearing
<br />�
<br /> ' on claims filed against said estate be held at the office of the County
<br />� Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 31st day of Mar ch, 1967 at 9:00
<br /> i : o'clock a.m., and it appears by proof on file that such notice was pub-
<br /> lished as ordered by this court.
<br /> i The court further finds that the co-executors filed herein their in-
<br />' ventory of the assets of this estate, together with a copy thereof for the
<br />� ' County Assessox of Hall County, Nebraska� and that according to said in-
<br />�� vento said deceased died seized and
<br /> , ry possessed of the following described
<br /> real estates
<br />' �!n undivided 1/3 interest in the South Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br /> i
<br /> (S'�NWa) , and the North Half of the Southwest S2uarter (N�SWa) , and
<br /> the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW%SE%) , and the
<br /> Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW�-aNE4) all in Section
<br /> 17, Township 10, Range 11 in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Zo�cs One (1) and Two (2), in Block Eleven (11) First Addition
<br /> to the Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> Items of personal property specifically described in the inventory.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 31st day of March, 1967, an
<br /> order of this Court was made barring claims, which might be filed against
<br />,� this estate, and the court finds that no claims were filed; that the
<br />� expenses of administration, incluc�.ing court costs, attorneys' fees and
<br />! executors'� fees have been paid. The Court further finds that pursuant
<br />;( . to the provisions of the last will and testament of said deceased that
<br /> an antique desk passed to Mary Howe Prescott, and the balance of the
<br /> net assets of this estate passed to Anne Howe Hungerford and Mary Howe
<br /> Prescott, an undivided one-half interest to eacn.
<br /> The Court further finds that there is Nebraslca inheritance tax due
<br /> and owing herein in the total a�mount of $563.99, which tax has been paid,
<br /> and that a federal estate ta:� return has been filed herein. The Court
<br />;
<br /> finds that there is no Nebraska estate tax due or owing herein.
<br /> The Court finds that copies of all. published legal notices have been
<br />''i sent to all interested pa�ties during the administration of this estate as
<br />� by law required, and that affidavits pertaining thereto are on file here-
<br /> f in; that certificates pertaining to personal taxes have been filed herein
<br />' by the County Assessor and County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> IT IS, TE3EREFORE, ORDERED, 1-�D�T[7DGED 7�TD DECREED BY TEiE COURT that
<br /> all claims and expenses of administration have been paid; that there
<br /> is Nebraska inheritance tax due and owing herein in the amount of $563.99
<br /> to the County of Hall and that said tax has been paidt that said deceased
<br />� was an unremarried widow at the ti�me of her death and she left her sur-
<br />� viving as her sole and only heirs-at-law her two daughters, Mary Howe
<br /> Prescott and T.�nne Howe Hungerford; that the antique desk owned by said
<br /> deceased passed to, was delivered to, and receipted f or by Mary Howe Prescott,
<br /> and that the balance of the assets of this estate passed in equal shares to
<br /> the said Anne Howe Hungerford and Mary Howe P rescott, including the above-
<br /> described real estate, as tenants in co�mmon; that when receipts have been
<br /> filed showing distribution to said residuary beneficiaries of the net assets
<br /> of this estate that thi_s estate be settled and closed pending only evidence
<br /> of payme�t-.of said fe.de"ral esta�e tax, and said co-executors discharged and
