<br />:� At a session of the County Gourt held in and for said
<br />� County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, this 14th day of

<br /> BE IT REMEMBERED, that Florence J. Kane, administratrix,
<br /> filed herein her final report as such administratrix, to-
<br /> gether with a petition praying that said report be allowed,
<br /> for a decree of heirship, de�ermination of inheritance tax,
<br /> ' order of final distribution and final settlem�nt and dis-
<br /> ; charge. For these purposes the 7th day of March, 1966, at
<br /> 10:00 .o'clodk a.m. in the County Court Room in said County
<br /> was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition
<br /> and examining and allowing said final reports and it was order-
<br /> ed that notice of the pendency of said petitionears bear�oof
<br /> thereon be qiven as by law required; and it app Y P
<br /> on file that notice was given. as ordered by the Court and
<br /> that no objections to said final report have been made or
<br /> j filed. The court further finds that said final hearing was
<br />�� continued unti'1 this date. Upon examination of the record
<br />'� and evidence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br /> ; premises, the court finds as follows:
<br /> � That Murel W. Kane died on March 4, 1966, intestate, and
<br /> a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. That on March 11, 1966,
<br /> a petition was filed herein asking for issuance of Letters of
<br /> Administration to Florence J. Kane, and that an order of this
<br /> Court was made assigning the 7th day of April, 1966 at 10:00
<br /> o' clock a.m. in the County Court Room of said court as the
<br /> time and place for hearing said petition and ordering that
<br /> notice of the pendency of such hearinq be made as by law re-
<br /> quired; and it appears by proof on file that notice o€ such
<br /> order was given as by law required.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 7th day of April,
<br /> 1966, Florence J. Kane was appointed administratrix of this
<br /> estate and furnished bond as ordzred by the court. That Mur�l
<br /> W. Kane left him surviving as his sole and only heirs-at-law
<br /> the following persons: Florence J. Kane, his wife; Vale Kane,
<br /> brother, Stephen Kane, brother; and Peggy Humbert, Romaine
<br /> Kane, and DZanuel Kane, children of a predeceased brother, Paul
<br /> Kane. That said Mure�. W. Kane was not the father of any
<br /> ' chil dren.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 7th day of April,
<br /> 1966, an order of this court was made allowing creditors until
<br /> the 4th day of August, 1966 within which to file claims and
<br /> allowing the Administratrix one year within which to settle
<br /> said estate, and further ordering tYiat na.ice to creditors be
<br /> published as by law required, and that a hearing on claims
<br /> filed against said estate would be held at the office of the
