<br /> this estate, and the Court finds that all allowed claims have been paid,
<br /> together with all expenses of administration, including court costs,
<br /> attorneys' fees, and executor's fee. The Court further finds tYiat all
<br /> household goods, household furniture and household furnishings have been
<br /> transferred to Ella K. Scheffel pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph
<br /> III of the .Will of said deceased, and that the $5,000.00 bequest pro-
<br /> vided in said Paragraph III has been paid to Ella K. Scheffel. The
<br /> Court finds that the residua"ry beneficiaries assigned to Ella K. Scheffel
<br /> the 1964 Chevrolet automobile wnich was owned by said deceased, waived
<br /> any claim to 70/ of the fair market value thereof, and that said auto-
<br /> mobile has been transferred to Ella K. Scheffel. The Court f urther finds
<br /> that the remaining net assets of this estate passed, pursuant to the pro-
<br /> visions of Paragraph IV of the last will and testament of said deceased,
<br /> one-half each to Lois Schreiber and Car1 W. Scheffel, and that both of
<br /> them survived said deceased.
<br /> The Court finds that there is Nebraska inheritance tax due and ow-
<br /> ing herein by Lois Schreiber in the amount of $72.60, by Carl W, Scheffel
<br /> in the amount of $72.60, and that said total inheritance tax of $145.20
<br /> is payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska. The Court
<br /> further finds that said inheritance tax has been paid by the_�.� executor
<br /> to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska. The Court finds that
<br /> no Federal iior State estate taxes are due or owing herein.
<br /> The Court finds that copies of all published legal n otices have
<br /> been sent to all interested parties during the administration of this
<br /> estate as by law required, and that affidavits pertaining thereto are
<br /> on file herein; that certificates pertaining to personal taxes have been
<br /> filed herein by the County Assessor and County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, AA7UbGED A,.�D DECREED BY THE COURT that
<br /> the final report of Arthur C. Mayer, executor herein, be and the same
<br /> is hereby approved and allowed as such; .that all claims and expenses
<br /> of administration have been paid; that Nebraska inheritance tax in the -
<br /> total amount of $145.20 payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska has been paid• that said deceased left him surviving as his
<br /> sole and only heirs-at-laia, his widow, Ella K. Scheffel, and his two
<br /> children, Lois Schreiber and Carl W. Scheffel; that as set forth above
<br /> al� provisions for distribution of the property of said deceased have
<br /> been made, excepting final distribution to resit3uary beneficiares,
<br /> Lois Schreiber and Carl W. Scheffel, of the net residuary assets of
<br /> this estate; that this estate is f ully administered and that upon the
<br /> filing of receipts showing distribution of the net residuary assets
<br /> one-half each to Lois Schreiber and Carl W. Scheffel, that this estate
<br /> be f ully administered, settled, and closed, and said executor dis-
<br /> charged and he and his surety released from his bond.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereuntA set my hand and the seal of
