<br /> "I amend the designation of executrix in my Will and in lieu of Florence
<br /> Hartman, as executrix, I appoint the Commercial National Bank and Trust
<br />. Company of Grand Island; Nebraska as executor of my Will, and direct
<br /> that it need furnish no surety on its bond, and that it shall have any
<br /> powers provided for by law and in my Will. .
