<br />    		Hall  in  the  S�ate of Nebraska  this  25th day of January,  1967,

<br />    			BE  IT REI�EMBERED,  that the Commercial National  Bank and Trust
<br />    		Company,  exec�tor,  filed herein its final  report as  such executor,
<br />    		together withla petition praying that  said report be allowed,  for a
<br />    		decree of hei�ship,  determination of  inheritance tax,  order of  final
<br />    		distribution and final  settlement and discharge.    For these �urposes
<br />    		the  25th day bf  January,  1967,  at 10:00  o' clock a.m.  in the County
<br />    		Court Room in; said County was  assigned as  the  time and place  for hear-
<br />    		ing  said peti�ion and examining and allowing  said final  report;  and
<br />    		it was ordered that notice  of the pendency of  such hearing be given
<br />    		as by law req�ired;  and it appears by proof on file  that notice was
<br />    		given as ordered by the Court,  and  that  no objections to  said final
<br />    		report have b�en made or filed.   Upon examination of  the  record and
<br />    		evidence  in tlnis matter and being duly advised in the �remises,  the
<br />    		Court finds a�  follows:  That Myrtle A.  Cox died on July  29,  1966,
<br />    		testate,  and a  resident of Hall County,  Nebraska.   That the Commer-
<br />    		cial N ational ;Bank and Trust Company  filed in this Court a.n  instru-
<br />   		ment purporti�ag to be the last will  and testament and codicil thereto
<br />    		of P4yrtle A.  �ox,  deceased,  and a petition offering  the  same for
<br />   		probate and petitioning the Court to appoint  it executor of  this  estate,  "
<br />    		and that an o�der of  this Court was made assigning the lst day of
<br />    		September,  19�i6  at  10:00  o' clock a.m.  in the County Court Room of  said
<br />    		county as  the �time  and place  for hearing  said petition,  proving  said
<br />   		Will and Codi�il,  and admitting the  same to probate and ordering that
<br />   		notice  of  the �pendency of  said hearing  be given as  by law required,
<br />   		and it appear� by proof  on  file that notice of  such order was  so given.
<br />    			The Court f urther finds that on the  lst  day of  September,  1966,
<br />    		said instrume�jts were proven,  allowed,  and admitted to probate  as  the
<br />    		last will  anditestament and codicil  thereto of Myrtle A.  Cox,  deceased,
<br />   		which will  anc� codicil  are  in words  as  follows:
<br /> 					"LiAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MYRTLE A.  COX
<br />   					I
<br />    		"I,  Myrtle A. jCox,  being of  sound mind and disposing memory,  do here-
<br />   		by make,  publish and declare  this  to be my last will and testament,
<br />   		revoking all  �ormer instruments  of a  testamentary nature made by me,
<br />   		in words as  follows:
<br />   					�       				I.
<br />    		"I  appoint my;daughter,  Florence Hartman of Grand Island,  Nebraska,
<br />   		executrix of  �his will and provide  that  she need not furnish corp-
<br />   		orate  surety on her bond as  such.    I  suggest  to my said executrix that
<br />    		she consult with my  son,  Al�ert Lynn Cox,  for advice  and counsel  in
<br />   		matters perta�ning  to my estate.    All powers hereinafter given my ex-
<br />   		ecutrix  shalliapply and be applicable to her  successors  in trust.
<br /> 										II.
<br />    		"I  specifically authorize and empower my erecutrix to  sell  any per-
<br />    		sonal property included among the assets  of my estate  at  such prices,
<br />   		upon  such terivis,  and in such manner,  whether at private or public
<br />    		sale,  as my e�ecutrix may,  in her sound discretion,  determine,  without
<br />   		obtaining the ;leave  or license of any  court whatsoever.
