<br />    		and said JeanlW.  Rockwell �,ras appointed executor and furnished bond as
<br />    		required and �pproved by the  Gourt.    The Court finds that FToyd B.
<br />    		Rockwell was   n unremarried widower at the time of his death and he  left
<br />    		him survivingfias his  sole  and only heir-at-law his  son,  Jean W.  Rockwell.
<br />     			The Cour   further finds  that on the 18th day of August,  1966 an
<br />    		order of this  Court was made  allowing  creditors  until the 14th day of
<br />     		December,  196   within which to file  claims,  and allowing  said executor
<br />    		one year with'n �rhich to  settle  said estate,  and further ordering that
<br />    		notice to  cre�litors be published as by law required,  and that a hearing
<br />    		on  claims  filed against  said estate be held at the  office of  the County
<br />    		Judge of Ha11� County,  Nebraska on the 15th day of  December,  1966 at
<br />    		9.00 o' clock   .m.  and it appears by proof  on  file  that  such notice Fras
<br />    		published as  �rdered by this  Court.

<br />     			The Court further finds  that  the  executor filed herein his  inven-
<br />    		tory of the a�'ssets of  this  estate,  together with a  copy thereof  for
<br />    		the County Assessor of Ha11 County,  Nebraska,  and that according to
<br />     		said inventory  said deceased died seized and possessed of  the  follow-
<br />     		ing  described� real  estate:
<br />     			Lot One  �(1)  and the East Ten Feet  (E10' )  of Lot Two  (2) ,  in
<br />     			Block Fifty-five  (55) ,  in Charles Wasmer's Third Addition to
<br />     			the  City� of Grand Island,  Nebraska,  and its  complement,  being
<br />     			Lot One  (1)  and the  East Ten Feet  (E10' )  of Lot Two  (2) ,  in
<br />  	.   		Block Th�rty-three  (33) ,  of Morrill' s Addition to  the City of
<br />     			Grand Is�.and,  Nebraska.
<br />     			Lot  Seven  (7)  in Block Si�cty-three  (63)  in the Original Town,
<br />     			now Citylof Grand Island,  Nebraska.
<br />     			Part of Lot Two  (2)  and Lot Three  (3) ,  Block Twenty-three  (23) ,
<br />  �/ 			of Nagy' s Addition  to the  City of Grand Island,  Hall County,
<br />     			Nebraska;  more particularly described as  follows:    Beginning
<br />     			at the N prtheast  corner of  said Lot 3;  thence  running Wester-
<br />     			ly along; the North line  of  Lot  3  a  distance of  27  feet;
<br />     			thence  ri�nning  Southerly and parallel  to the East  line of
<br />     			Lot  3  a  distance  of  93.1  feet;  thence  running easterly and 		�
<br />     			parallel; to  the  South line of Lot  3  a distance of  27  feet
<br />     			to  a poi�t on the  East line of Lot  3;  thence  continuing
<br />     			Easterly�, and parallel  to  the  South line of  Lot  2 a  distance
<br />     			of  9.7  f�et to a point on the West line of Plum  Street;
<br />     			thence r�nning Northwesterly along the arc of  a  125.0  feet
<br />     			radius  curve a  distance of  53.7  feet to a point on  the East
<br />     			line of L�ot  3.,  thence running Northerly along the East  line
<br />     			of Lot 3�a  distance of  40.9  feet to  the point of  beginning,
<br />     			subject to  an easement  for access across the  Southerly  6.6
<br />     			feet of  the above  described property including an easement
<br />     			for access  across  the  ajoining  6.6  feet to  the  South of  the
<br />     			above  de�cribed property.
<br />     			The Cour� f urther finds that on the  15th day of  December,  1966,  an
<br />    		order of this �Court was made barring  claims t�rhich miqht be  filed against
<br />    		this  estate,  and the  Court  finds  that all all�wed claims filed had been
<br />    		paid,  togethe� with all  expenses  of administration including  court costs,
<br />    		attorneys'  fees and executor fees.    The Court further finds  that pur-
<br />    		suant to the provisions of  the 1 ast will and testament of  said deceased
<br />    		that all net �ssets of  this estate passed to Jean W.  Rockwell,  son of
<br />    		said deceased:
<br />     			The Cour-� further finds  that there  is Nebraska inheritance  tax due
<br />    		and owing hercin by Jean W.  Rockwell  in the  amount of  $ �..3�, / �       ,
<br />    		which tax has been paid,  and that  a Federal  estate tax return will be
<br />    		filed in this  estate.
<br />    			The  Court  finds  that  copies of  all published legal  notices have been
<br />    		sent  to  all  iriterested parties  during the administration of  this  estate
<br />    		as by law, required,  and that affida.vits pertaining thereto are on file
<br />    		herein;  that certificates pertaining to personal taxes have been filed
<br />    		herein by the ;County Assessor and County Treasurer of Hall  County,
<br />   		Nebraska.
<br />     			IT  IS,  THEREFORE,  ORDERED,  ,AATUDGED AND DECREED BY THE  COURT  that
