I exonerate my executors from any <br />� personal liability arising from any decline in dollar value or pur- <br /> chasing power of any assets of my estate, or assets acquired by my <br /> executors after my death and prior to full distribution of my estate. <br /> I fully authorize any of my executors to purchase any of the assets of <br /> my estate, irrespective of his fiduciary poWition on such terms as the <br /> court having jurisdiction of the probate of this will may deem fair <br /> and reasonable. I waive any privilege with respect to confidential <br /> communications had at any time between me and any of the attesting <br /> witnesses to this will and had at any time between me and my attorney, � <br /> .
