<br /> At a sessjion of the County Cour he�l.d in and for said County of
<br /> Hall in the St�te of Nebraska this ��=day of January, 1967.

<br /> Present: iEdward Dixon, County Judge.
<br /> BE IT REN�MBERED, that Jean W. Rockwell, executor, filed herein
<br /> his final repo�rt as such executor, together with a petition praying
<br /> that said repo� be allowed, for a decree of heirship, determination
<br /> of inheritance tax, order of final distribution and final settlement
<br /> and discharge.; For these purposes the 12th day of January, 1967, at
<br /> 10:00 o'clock �a.m. in the County Court Room in said County t�as assign-
<br /> ed as the time and place for hearing said petition and examining and
<br /> allowing said final report; and it was ordered that notice of the
<br /> pendency of su�ch hearing be given as by law required; and it appears
<br /> by proof on fi�le that notice was given as ordered by the Court, and
<br /> that no object�ions to said final report have been made or filed. The
<br /> Court continue�d said matter to this date and upon examination of the
<br /> record and evi�dence in this matter and being duly advised in the
<br /> premises, the Court finds as follows: �hat Floyd B. Rockwell died
<br /> on July 19, 19I66, testate, and a resident of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> That Jean W.. Rjockwell filed in this Court an instrument purporting
<br /> to be the last will and testament of Floyd B. Rockwell, deceased, and •
<br /> a petition offering the same for probate and petitioning the Court
<br /> to appoint him executor of this estate, and that an order of this
<br /> Court was made, assigning the 18th day of August, 1966 at 10:00 o' clock .
<br /> a.m, in the Cd,unty Court Room of said county as the time and place
<br /> for hearing s 'id petition, approving said Will, and admitting the same
<br /> to probate an� ordering that notice of the pendency of said hearing
<br /> be given as by�I law required, and it appears by proof on file that
<br /> notice of sucri order was so given.
<br /> The Court further finds that on the 18th day of August, 1966
<br /> said instrumerit was proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as the
<br /> last will anditestament of Floyd B. Rockwell, deceased, which will is
<br /> in words as fdllows:
<br /> "LAST WILL AND TESTAI�S'ENT OF FLOYD B. ROCKWELL
<br /> "I, F�oyd B, Rockwell of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound
<br /> mind and disp�sing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to
<br /> be my last will and testament, revoking any former wills, including
<br /> any joint wil]l, made by me, in words as follows:
<br /> I.
<br /> "I appoirit my wife, Esther H. Rockwell, and my son, Jean W. Rockwell,
<br /> as Co-executozs of this Will. I direct that neither of them need f ur-
<br /> nish surety ori their bond as Co-executors, or if only one is so serving,
<br /> as executor. ;All powers and discretion hereinafter granted my Co-execu-
<br /> tors shall f ully extend and be applicable to either of them, if only
<br /> one be so serving, and to any administrator withthe will annexed.
<br /> II.
<br /> "I direct my executors to pay all debts legally enforceable against
<br /> my estate, as ;soon after my death as they may find it convenient, •tak-
<br /> ing advantageiof the due dates of any contracts or mortgages owing by
<br /> my estate as they so elect.
<br /> III.
<br /> "In the event that my wife, Esther H. Rockwell, is living thirty
<br /> (30) days aft�r the date of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto
<br /> her, in fee s�mple absolute, all of the rest, residue and remainder of
