<br /> death. Such �real estate was devised by deceased to the devisees
<br /> thereof acco �dj ng to the provis i.ons of Paragraph SECOND of the
<br /> probated Las� Wi11 and Testament of deceased free and clear of any
<br /> lien. for any ',indebtedness as to cieceased's three daughters , namely:
<br /> Dorothy Mi11�r, Margaret Caaper, and Barbara Foster Keeley.
<br /> Barbara Foster Keeley is one and the same person as Barbara Foster
<br /> of Denver, Calorado, one of the devisees under the provisions of
<br /> Paragraph SEdOND o£ the probated Last Will and Testament of deceased.
<br /> 9. Any �lindebtedness which was due and owing, to deceased from
<br /> his daughter,I Dorothy Miller, referred to in Paragraph FOURTH of
<br /> the probatediLast Wi11 and Testament of deceased was paid or barred
<br /> by the statu�e of limitations before deceased's death and at the
<br /> time of his d;eath, Dorothy Mil.ler, deceased 's daug'r�ter, was not
<br /> indebted to cieceased.
<br /> 10. A11 ';statements and alle�ations in the Petition for
<br /> Settlement of! Final Account and Distribution of Finar H. Benson,
<br /> �cecutor, fiL'ed herein, are true and correct .
<br /> 11 . Deceased died testate, a resident and i.nhabjtant of Ha11
<br /> County, Nebrajska, on April 30, 1966, leaving as his sole and only

<br /> tion, being tihe court costs and attornev fees , allowed above, and
<br /> after paying such administration expenses from the balance of the
<br /> cash on hand as shown in his Fina1 Administration Account in the
<br /> sum of $2,440i.39, there will remain the sum of $1,841 .44, which
<br /> should be paid and distributed to the residuary beneficiaries under
