Petition for Settlemezlt of Final Account and Distribution. <br /> Upon consideration of the pleadings , documents filed <br /> herein, and the evidence, the Court finds : <br /> l. Proper notice of hearing was given as required by law and <br /> the order of this Court. <br /> 2 . The Final Administration Account of Einar H. Benson, <br /> Executor, is true and correct in all respects and should be approved <br /> and allowed. <br /> 3 . All claims allowed �gainst said estate have been fully <br /> paid and satisfied, and the Court has heretofore entered herein an <br /> Order barring all claims not f iled by claim day. <br /> 4. The Court has made a determination of inheritance tax due <br /> by reason of the death of deceased, and has determined no inheritance <br /> tax is due, as shown by the Decree Determining No Inheritance Tax Due <br /> filed herein. <br /> 5. Einar H. Benson, Executor, waived payment of commissions <br /> for services rendered by him as Executor. <br /> 6. The following administration expenses are allowed and are <br /> to be paid by the Executor: <br /> (a) Hall County Court for court costs , <br /> the sum of. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 77.41 <br /> (b) Kenneth H. Elson for attorney fees <br /> and expenses, the sum of. . . . . . . . . . . 521.54 <br /> 7 . Deceased awned, was seised and possessed of, and had an <br /> interest in, at the time of his death, the following described real <br /> estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> Lot Six (6), in Block Nine (9) , in Wiebe's <br /> Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska. <br /> 8. None of deceasedrs daughters, namely: Dorothy Miller, <br /> Margaret Casper, or Barbara Foster Keeley,. awed any amounts, nor � ; <br /> were they indebted, to deceased, at the time of his ;death.
