Wurst, of Grand Island, Nebraska, a widow, being of <br /> sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare <br /> this mv Lasi- Will and Testament in words as follows : <br /> . I <br /> I hereby appoint my son Harold H. Wurst Executor of this Will and <br /> direct him, as soon as may conveniently be done after my death, to pay <br /> out of my estate all debts legally enforceable against my estate includ- <br /> ing the expenses of my last illness and burial. I direct my Executor <br /> to purchase a headstone to be placed at my grave similar to that now <br /> at the �rave of my deceased husband. <br /> II <br /> I hereby expressly direct my said Executor to sell a11 property <br /> belonging to me at public or private sale in such manner and upon such <br /> terms as to him shall seem best for the purpose of liquidating my es- <br /> tate and converting the same into cash, without first procuring license <br /> or leave of any Judge or Court whatsoever; for the above purpose, I <br /> hereby expressly authorize and empower my said Executor to make, execute, <br /> acknowled�e and deliver any and all deeds , bills of sale or other trans- <br /> fer of title to any and all of such property so sold. After payment of <br /> a11 expenses incident to such liquidation, and payment of the debts and <br /> ather matters hereinbefore set forth, I direct him to distribute the <br /> net proceeds from the sale of my property as follows : <br /> A. 'To pa_y to my son Wilbur W. Wurst the stlm of Three Hundred <br /> Seventy-five Dollars ($375.00) , to pay to my daughter <br /> Mariorie Lovgren the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-fiv� <br /> Dollars ($375.00) , and. to pay to my daughter porothy Ee11s <br /> the sum of Two Hundxed Dollars ($200.00) , which sums I do <br /> herebv expressly bequeath to them. <br /> B. The rest, residue and remainder to be paid to and divided <br /> as follows : To mv children Mildred Skow, Harold H. Wurst, <br /> Dorothy Ee11s , Wilber W. Wurst and Marjorie Lovgren, <br /> one-sixth (1/6) thereof to each of them; the remaining <br /> one-sixth (1/6) to be divided share and share alike among <br /> my grandchildren Donald Wegner, Bett_y Newman, Da1e Wegner <br /> and Darlene Wegner. In the event Darlene Wegner sha11 <br /> sti11 be a minor at the time of such distribution, � do <br /> hereby expressly direct my said Executor to pay her share <br /> to her irrespective of such fact and her receipt to my <br /> Executor for her share sha11 be a fu11 release and satis- <br /> faction of her shaze in my estate. I do hereby expressly <br /> bequeath the shares hereinbefore set forth unto my said <br /> children and grandchildren respectively. <br /> III <br /> In the event that any of the legatees hereinbefore named shallpre- <br /> decease me leaving them issue surviving, their issue sha11 receive the <br /> share of my estate which would otherwise have gone to their parent. <br /> Should anv of them die without <br /> (s) Edna M. Wurst <br /> (2) <br /> leavin� issue, such predeceased legatee 's share shall be adc'ed to the <br /> shares of the other le�atees in the same proportion in which such sur- <br /> viving legatees or their issue would otherwise receive m�y estate . <br /> IV <br /> I herebv expresslv waive any privilege created under the Laws of <br /> anv State with respect to confidential communications had at any time <br /> between me and my attorney,Herbert F.
