LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, Orin Contryman, presently residing at Grand Island, Nebraska, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all Wills and Cod��-s��a� ��t�`�ifi��1� heretofore made by me. �� .�,.., ,� . . . . F �. �1 � . � � _ _. , PART FIRST " I direct that: All �ust claims allb�nr�e�-- i��s�� estate; the expenses of my last illness and burial; ��cg�@ and expenses of administration of my estate be paid. I fur- ther direct that, if any be due and payable, all estate, in- heritance, legacy, succession or transfer taxes imposed by any state or Federal law with respect to property taxable under any such law by reason of my death, whether or not such property passes under this my Will� or whethex such taxes be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any such property, shall be paid out of my residuary estate, and I direct that there shall be no right of reimburse- ment from any recipient of any such property. I further direct my Executrix to join with my wif� in filing joint income tax returns for any period prior to my death and to pay out of the property belonging to my estate all of the taxes found to be due with respect ta such income tax returns.
