PHF.I,PS, DECEA� D � � <br /> ' �� <br /> Now on this -� da.y of I)ecember, 1966, this matter came on <br /> to be heard upon t �e final aecountin� and petition for distribution <br /> filed herein by Frank Phelps, the du13� appointed, qualified and acting <br /> executor of the e$tate of :'arl C. Phelps, deceased. The said executor <br /> bein� present in person and represented by counsel, Paul C. Holmberg, <br /> attorney. The Court bein� fully advi�ed in the premises finde that <br /> said final aecaunting is just, true and correct in all respects and <br /> that the same should be approved. <br /> The Court finds that .��.rl C. Phelpe died on or about the 12th <br /> day of July, 1962, and that at the tirne of his death he was a regident <br /> of and an inhabitant of the County of Hall in t�e State of I�'�braska, <br /> and that he left surviving him, Frank Phelps, John Phelps, Robert <br /> Fhelpe and Paul Fhelps� sons, and Flizabeth ��ary Ann Phelps, a daughter, <br /> an� that at the tir.�e the petition in this aatter vaas filed the said <br /> . ._.... <br /> :�,lizabeth Mary Ann Fhelps was known. as Elizabeth Mary Ann Fhelps <br /> Coffey, and that at this time she ie known as Elizab�th I�Zary Ann <br /> Phelps Lots�;eich; and that all of sai8 children are of legal age. <br /> The Court finds that all claime againet said estate have been <br /> ' paid including the cost of administraticn a,nd that if there be any <br /> unpaid claims which have not been filed in these proceedings that <br /> the same should be foreclosed and forever barred. <br /> The Court further finds that the asset� of this estate are nat <br /> of sufficient value to require the pmyment of any �tat� or_federal <br /> inheritance ta.x. The Court finds that in the Last 'r�ill and Testam�nt <br /> of the said deeedent, Eerl C.
