<br /> IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERLD, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that
<br /> the final report of Frank Denrnan, executor herein, be and the same is
<br /> hereby approved and allowed as such; that all expenses of administration,
<br /> including court costs, have been fu11y paid; that all claims filed
<br /> against this estate have been paid in full; that there is na Nebraska
<br /> inheritance tax, Nebras}ca estute tax, nor Federal estate tax due or
<br /> owing herein; that said
<br /> deceased left her surviving as her sole and
<br /> only heirs-at_law, Donald Vic-tor Steele, son, Elizabeth Jane Aikin,
<br /> daughter, Evelyn Ruth Parsons, daughter, and Sharon ICay Steele, grand-
<br /> daughter; that pursuant to Paraqraph IV oi the last ivill and testa-
<br /> ment of said deceased, the real estate known as an undivided 3/4 interest
<br /> in the Westerly 22 feet of Lot 5, in Block 19 of the Original Town of
<br /> Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, descends, in fee simple absolute, in three
<br /> equal shares, share and share alike, to Donald Victor Steele, Elizabeth
<br /> Jane Aikin and Evelyn Ruth Parsons; that receipts are on file showing
<br /> payment of the full distributive shares and bequests to all benefici-
<br /> aries herein, and that this estate is fully administered and the same
<br /> be and is hereby settled, closed and said er,ecutor discharged and re-
<br /> leased from :-iis bond.
