<br />   		duly proved,  probated and allowed as  the  last will  and testament of the
<br />   		real  and personal  estate of  said Evelyn Blanche  Steele,  deceased,  and
<br />   		the  same was ordered to be recorded in the  records of  the Court afore-
<br />   		said.

<br />   		and said Frank Denman was appoin ted executor and furnished bond as  re-
<br />   		quired by the Court.    The Court finds  that Evelyn Blanche  Steele  left
<br />   		her  surviving as her sole and only heirs-at-law the  following:    Donald
<br />   		Victor  Steele,  son,  Elizabeth Jane Aikin,  daughter,  Evelyn Ruth Parsons,
<br />   		daughter,  and Sharon Kay Steele,  the  daughter of a predeceased  son,
<br />   		John Robert  Steele.
<br />   			The Court further finds that on  the  1:5th  day of  June,  1:'66,  an order
<br />   		of  this Court was made  allowing  creditors  until  the  13th day of October,
<br />   		1966 within which to  file  claims,  and allowing  said executor one  year
<br />   		within which to  settle  said estate,  and further ordering that notice
<br />   		to  creditors be published as by law required,  and that  a hearing on
<br />   		claims  filed against  said estate would be held at the office of  the
<br />   		County Judge of Hall County,  Nebraska,  on the  14th day of  October,  1966
<br />   		at  9:00  o'clock a.m. ,  and  it appears by proof on file  that  such notice
<br />  		was published as ordered by this  court.
<br />   			The Court further finds  that the executor filed herein his  inven-
<br />  		tory of  the assets of  this  estate,  together with a  copy for  the County
<br />  		Assessor of Hall County,  Nebras}ca,  and  that according to  said inventory
<br />   		said deceased died  seized and possessed of  the  following real estate,
<br />  		wh�ch constitutes  an asset  of her estate:
<br />				Lots Two  (2)  and Three  (3) ,  in Block Twenty  (20) ,
<br />				Original Town,  of Alda,  Hall  County,  Nebraska,
<br />				An  undivided three-fourths  (3/4)  interest in  the
<br />				Westerly 22  feet  of  Lot Five  (5) ,  in Block Nineteen
<br /> 				(19) ,  of  the Original  Toti,Tn of Alda,  Hall County,
<br />				N ebraska.
<br />   			The  Court further finds  that on the  17th day of  October,  1966  an
<br />  		order of this  Court was  made  allowing  certain  claims  against  said estate
<br />  		and barring  all  claims  not heretofore  filed against  said estate;  the
<br />  		Court  further finds  that all  expenses  of  administration,  claims,  and
<br />  		court  costs have been paid.
<br />  			The Court  further  finds  that the property described as  Lots  2  and
<br />  		3,  in Block  20,  Original  Town  of Alda,  Hall  County,  Nebraska were  sold
<br />  		by the  executor herein  under the power of  sale  in the  last will  and  testa-
<br />  		ment of  Evelyn Blanche  Steele,  deceased,  and  the  assets  of  said sale
<br />  		were  distributed in this  estate as  set  forth in  said last will  and testa-
<br /> 		ment.
<br />  			The Court further finds  that the  assets  of  this  estate are  to b e
<br />  		distributed in three  equal  shares  to  Donald Victor  Steele,  Elizabeth
<br /> 		Jane Aikin,  and Evelyn Ruth Parsons,  and that  each of  said beneficiaries
<br /> 		are  entitled to  a  $10, 000.00  statutory exemption for Nebraska  inherit-
<br /> 		ance tax purposes;  that the  distributi�e  share  of  each of  the  above
<br /> 		mentioned beneficiaries  is  far  less  than  said  statutory ex�mption,  and
<br /> 		that  there  is no Nebraska  inheritance  tax due  or owing  against  said
<br /> 		premises herein,  nor by any of  the above  namecl beneficiaries;  and that
<br /> 		there  is  no rdebraska estate  tax nor Federal  estate  tax due  or owing herein.
<br />  			The Court finds  that  copi�s  of  all published legal  notices have been
<br /> 		sent to  all  interested parties  during the administration of  this  estate
<br /> 		as  by law required,  and that affidavits pertaining thereto are on  file
<br /> 		herein;  that  certifica�es per�.aining  to  personal  taxes have been filed
<br /> 		herein by the County Assessor and County Treasurer of Hall  County,
<br /> 		Nebraska.			-
<br /> 			The  Court  further finds  tnat tnere  are  receipts  on  file  in  said
<br /> 		estate  showing payment  of  all  bequests,  e:�penses,  claims,  and that  all
<br /> 		beneficiaries  hereto have  received their  full  distributive  share  of  said
<br /> 		estate.
