<br /> a minor, I direct my Executor or his Successor to deliver said jewelry
<br /> to her mother, Genevieve Steele, and the receipt o£ her said mother
<br /> to my Executor therefor shall be a f ull and complete satisfaction and
<br /> settlement o� this bequest.
<br /> IV.
<br /> "I hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
<br /> mainder of my Estate of every nature whatsoever and wheresoever situate,
<br /> in fee simple absolute, unto my three children, share and share alike,
<br /> namely: Donald Victor Steele, Elizabeth Jane Aikin and Evelyn Ruth
<br /> Parsons. I provide that my Executor or his Successor may distribute
<br /> to said beneficiaries their share in Yind or in cash at his sole dis-
<br /> cretion. Should any of my saicl three children precede me in death,then
<br /> their share of my Estate .herinbefore given them shall lapse and said
<br /> rest, residue and remainder of my Estate shall be divided among those
<br /> of my children living at the time of my death only.
<br /> V.
<br /> "I hereby authorize and ern�ower my said Executor or his Successor
<br /> to sell any real or personal property included among the assets of my
<br /> Estate at such prices, upon such ter,ns and in such manner, at public
<br /> or private sale as he, in his sole discretion may determine, all with-
<br /> out first procuring license, leave or approval of any Court or Judge
<br /> whomsoever. I further authorize and empower my Executor or his Suc-
<br /> cessor to settle, adjust or compromise any claim, whether in favor of
<br /> or against my Estate, upon such terms and conditions as my said Execu-
<br /> tor or his Successor, in his sole discretion, may determine and with-
<br /> out procuring leave or approval of any Court or Judge whomsoever.
<br /> VI.
<br /> "I hereby expressly waive any privilege created under the laws
<br /> of any State with respect to con�idential communications had at any
<br /> time between me and my attorney, Herbert F, b7ayer, and any of the
<br /> attesting witnesses to this Will, and �urther hereby revoke any and
<br /> all former Willa and instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore
<br /> made by me.
<br /> "IN WITNESS PdHEREOF, I nave hereunto a�fir,ed my signature in the

<br /> declared this instrument in their presence to be my Last Will and
